How do I create a Velvet oyster cocktail?

1. Have a champagne glass ready.
2. Pour in the port wine and about 1 centiliter of Worcestershire sauce.
3. Carefully place a whole (raw) egg yolk into the cocktail.
4. Sprinkle some celery salt and pepper, to taste, over the cocktail.
