Cocktail Recept: Velvet oyster

A Velvet oyster cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 5 cl. Port red 
• 1 bit Egg yolk
• 3 gram Pepper
• 3 gram Salt
• 1 bit Worcestershire sauce

Have a champagne glass ready.
Pour in the port wine and about 1 centiliter of Worcestershire sauce.
Carefully place a whole (raw) egg yolk into the cocktail.
Sprinkle some celery salt and pepper, to taste, over the cocktail.
