Cocktail Recept: Aquavit clam

A Aquavit clam cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 8 cl. Aquavit 
• 4 cl. Mussel juice
• 4 cl. Tomato juice
• 2 cl. Lemon juice
• 3 gram Salt
• 1 gram Pepper
• 1 bit Worcestershire sauce
• 1 bit Tabasco
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Fill a mixing bowl with a few ice cubes and add the other ingredients. Three dashes are enough for the Worcestershire sauce, one to two for the Tabasco. Be sparing with the salt and pepper, this can be added later. Stir everything well and pour into a tumbler pre-chilled with ice.
