Cocktail Recept: Taxco fizz

A Taxco fizz cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 4 cl. Tequila 
• 2 cl. Lemon juice
• 1 cl. Sugar syrup
• 1 dash Orange bitter 
• 1 bit Egg white
• 10 cl. Soda water
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Then add the tequila, lemon juice, sugar syrup, a dash of orange bitters and the egg white.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Have a chilled highball glass ready.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into the glass.
Supplement the mix with soda water to taste.
Stir everything well.
Present the mix with a straw.
