What do you need for a Taxco fizz?

• 4 cl.Tequila
• 2 cl.Lemon juice
• 1 cl.Sugar syrup
• 1 dashOrange bitter
• 1 bitEgg white
• 10 cl.Soda water
• 1 pairIce Cubes

How do I create a Taxco fizz cocktail?

1. Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
2. Then add the tequila, lemon juice, sugar syrup, a dash of orange bitters and the egg white.
3. Then shake the mix vigorously.
4. Have a chilled highball glass ready.
5. Pour the mixture through a strainer into the glass.
6. Supplement the mix with soda water to taste.
7. Stir everything well.
8. Present the mix with a straw.
