What do you need for a Tartan swizzle?

• 4 cl.Whisky
• 3 cl.Lime juice
• 1 dashOrange bitter
• 6 cl.Soda water
• 1 bitPowdered sugar
• 1 pairIce Cubes
• 1 bitCrushed ice

How do I create a Tartan swizzle cocktail?

1. Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
2. Then put the whisky, the lime juice, the orange bitter and a bar spoon of powdered sugar in the shaker.
3. Then shake the mix vigorously.
4. Fill a tumbler half full with crushed ice.
5. Pour the mixture through a strainer into the glass.
6. Top up with cold soda water to taste.
7. Stir the mix gently.
8. Serve the cocktail immediately.
