Cocktail Recept: Tartan swizzle

A Tartan swizzle cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 4 cl. Whisky 
• 3 cl. Lime juice
• 1 dash Orange bitter 
• 6 cl. Soda water
• 1 bit Powdered sugar
• 1 pair Ice Cubes
• 1 bit Crushed ice

Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Then put the whisky, the lime juice, the orange bitter and a bar spoon of powdered sugar in the shaker.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Fill a tumbler half full with crushed ice.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into the glass.
Top up with cold soda water to taste.
Stir the mix gently.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
