Cocktail Recept: Sweet manhattan

A Sweet manhattan cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 5 cl. Bourbon whiskey 
• 3 cl. Vermouth 
• 1 dash Orange bitter 
• 1 Orange peel

Have a pre-chilled martini glass ready.
Make sure all ingredients are cold through and through.
Place some ice cubes in a mixing bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Then stir the mix well.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into the martini glass.
Add the garnish to the mix.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
