Cocktail Recept: Silver fizz

A Silver fizz cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 4 cl. Gin 
• 2 cl. Lemon juice
• 2 cl. Sugar syrup
• 1 bit Egg white
• 10 cl. Soda water
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Have a highball glass ready.
Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the soda water.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into the glass.
Stir the cocktail again.
Serve the cocktail immediately, with a straw.
