• 2 cl.Lime juice
• 12 cl.Soda water

How do I create a Rum rickey cocktail?

1. Place some ice cubes in a highball glass.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, except the soda water.
3. Then stir the mix carefully.
4. Top up the cocktail with ice-cold soda water, to taste.
5. Then stir again.
6. Present the cocktail with a straw.
7. Serve the cocktail immediately.
