Cocktail Recept: Rum rickey

A Rum rickey cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 4 cl. Bacardi Gold 
• 2 cl. Lime juice
• 12 cl. Soda water
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Place some ice cubes in a highball glass.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the soda water.
Then stir the mix carefully.
Top up the cocktail with ice-cold soda water, to taste.
Then stir again.
Present the cocktail with a straw.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
