What do you need for a Presbyterian?

A Presbyterian cocktail contains the following ingredients:

2 cl. Bourbon whiskey
6 cl. Coke
6 cl. Ginger ale
1 pair Ice Cubes

How do I create a Presbyterian cocktail?

Fill a highball glass halfway with ice cubes.
Add the whisky.
Complete the cocktail, to taste, with equal parts cola and ginger ale.
Present the cocktail with a straw.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
