Cocktail Recept: Port flip

A Port flip cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 4 cl. Port red 
• 1 cl. Cognac 
• 1 cl. Sugar syrup
• 2 cl. Cream
• 1 bit Egg yolk
• 1 pair Ice Cubes
• 1 bit Nutmeg

Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the nutmeg.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a cocktail glass.
Sprinkle some nutmeg on the cocktail before serving.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
