How do I create a Pisco tonto cocktail?

1. Place some halved orange segments, lime segments and two bar spoons of brown cane sugar in an old-fashioned glass.
2. Flatten the fruit with a spoon. Then add the pisco.
3. Stir these ingredients together well.
4. Then fill the glass to the brim with crushed ice.
5. Stir everything carefully.
6. Present the cocktail with a short straw.
