How do I create a Ohio cocktail?

1. Place some ice cubes in a mixing bowl.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, except the sparkling wine.
3. Then stir the mix well.
4. Pour the mixture through a strainer into a cocktail glass.
5. Top up the cocktail with ice-cold sparkling wine, to taste.
