Cocktail Recept: Ohio

A Ohio cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 2 cl. Bourbon whiskey 
• 1 cl. Vermouth 
• 1 cl. Curacao triple sec 
• 1 dash Angostura 
• 10 cl. Sect 
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Place some ice cubes in a mixing bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the sparkling wine.
Then stir the mix well.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a cocktail glass.
Top up the cocktail with ice-cold sparkling wine, to taste.
