Cocktail Recept: Mango passion fruit mix

A Mango passion fruit mix cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 2 Mango
• 300 ml. Prosecco 
• 7 Passion fruit

Peel the mango and deseed it.
Cut the flesh into pieces. Remove the pulp of five passion fruits from these fruits. Place the mango pieces and passion fruit flesh in a food processor or blender.
Puree everything into a homogeneous mass.
Place this mix in the refrigerator for some time.
Now cut the remaining two passion fruits into six pieces.
Pour the mix into highball glasses (about half full).
Pour the sparkling wine over this.
To garnish, place a piece of the passion fruit on the cocktail. Serve the cocktail immediately.
