Cocktail Recept: Lychee Margarita

A Lychee Margarita cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 40 ml. Tequila 
• 40 ml. Triple Sec 
• 50 ml. Lychee juice
• 50 ml. Lime juice
• 50 ml. Lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon Lemon peel
• 1 tablespoon Lime peel
• 1 tablespoon Orange peel

Take a pan and add the lychee juice, lime juice, lemon juice, all the peels and possibly a spoonful of sugar. Bring this to the boil and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Let the mixture cool.
Grab a shaker and fill it with some ice cubes, 40 ml Tequila, 40 ml Triple Sec and 40 ml of the mixture. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
Use a salt rim as a garnish.
