What do you need for a Lychee Margarita?

• 40 ml.Tequila
• 40 ml.Triple Sec
• 50 ml.Lychee juice
• 50 ml.Lime juice
• 50 ml.Lemon juice
• 1 tablespoonLemon peel
• 1 tablespoonLime peel
• 1 tablespoonOrange peel

How do I create a Lychee Margarita cocktail?

1. Take a pan and add the lychee juice, lime juice, lemon juice, all the peels and possibly a spoonful of sugar. Bring this to the boil and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Let the mixture cool.
2. Grab a shaker and fill it with some ice cubes, 40 ml Tequila, 40 ml Triple Sec and 40 ml of the mixture. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
3. Use a salt rim as a garnish.
