• 3 cl.Gin
• 2 cl.Rum
• 3 cl.Lime juice
• 1 cl.Grenadine
• 10 cl.Soda water
• 1 pairIce Cubes

How do I create a London fever cocktail?

1. Have a pre-chilled cocktail glass ready.
2. Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
3. Add the remaining ingredients, except the soda water.
4. Then shake the mix vigorously.
5. Pour the mixture through a strainer into the cocktail glass.
6. Top up the cocktail with ice-cold soda water, to taste.
7. Then stir the mix carefully.
8. Present the cocktail with a straw.
9. Serve the cocktail immediately.
