Cocktail Recept: John Collins

A John Collins cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 4 cl. Bourbon whiskey 
• 2 cl. Lemon juice
• 6 cl. Soda water
• 1 bit Powdered sugar
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Pour in the whiskey and lemon juice and add a bar spoon of icing sugar.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Place some ice cubes in a highball glass.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into the glass.
Top up the cocktail with cold soda water, to taste.
Stir everything well.
Present the cocktail with a straw.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
