What do you need for a Java?

A Java cocktail contains the following ingredients:

4 cl. Vermouth
12 cl. Bitter lemon
1 pair Ice Cubes

How do I create a Java cocktail?

Place some ice cubes in a highball glass.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Then stir the mix briefly.
Present the cocktail with a straw.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
