Cocktail Recept: Hot Buttered Rum

A Hot Buttered Rum cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 30 ml. Bacardi Gold 
• 1 bit Butter
• 1 teaspoon Brown sugar
• 1 bit Cinnamon
• 1 bit Vanilla essence
• 1 bit Nutmeg
• 1 bit Boiling water

Mix the butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla essence together well. Place a spoon (touch) in a heat-resistant glass. Pour the mixture, brown rum and boiling water into the glass and stir well.
Choose a spoon that fits the glass well. Preferably a metal spoon, so that the heat is conducted away through the spoon.
