• 10 cl.Peach juice
• 5 cl.Soda water

How do I create a Highland peach cocktail?

1. Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
2. Then pour the drambuie, lemon juice and peach juice into a shaker.
3. Shake this mix vigorously.
4. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
5. Pour the mix through a bar strainer into the glass.
6. Top up the cocktail with soda water to taste.
7. Take a spoon and gently stir the mix.
