Cocktail Recept: Highland peach

A Highland peach cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 4 cl. Drambuie 
• 1 cl. Lemon juice
• 10 cl. Peach juice
• 5 cl. Soda water
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Then pour the drambuie, lemon juice and peach juice into a shaker.
Shake this mix vigorously.
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
Pour the mix through a bar strainer into the glass.
Top up the cocktail with soda water to taste.
Take a spoon and gently stir the mix.
present with a straw.
