Cocktail Recept: Highland cooler

A Highland cooler cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 3 cl. Whisky 
• 2 cl. Lemon juice
• 1 cl. Sugar syrup
• 12 cl. Ginger ale
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the ginger ale.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Place some ice cubes in a highball glass.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into the glass.
Complete the cocktail with ginger ale, to taste.
Stir everything well.
Present the cocktail with a straw and a stirrer.
