What do you need for a Highland cooler?

• 3 cl.Whisky
• 2 cl.Lemon juice
• 1 cl.Sugar syrup
• 12 cl.Ginger ale
• 1 pairIce Cubes

How do I create a Highland cooler cocktail?

1. Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, except the ginger ale.
3. Then shake the mix vigorously.
4. Place some ice cubes in a highball glass.
5. Pour the mixture through a strainer into the glass.
6. Complete the cocktail with ginger ale, to taste.
7. Stir everything well.
8. Present the cocktail with a straw and a stirrer.
