How do I create a Harvard cooler cocktail?

1. Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, except the ginger ale.
3. Then shake the mix vigorously.
4. Place some ice cubes in a highball glass.
5. Pour the mixture through a strainer into the glass.
6. Add ginger ale to the cocktail to taste.
7. Stir everything well.
8. Present the cocktail with a straw.
