Cocktail Recept: Fraise fizz

A Fraise fizz cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 6 cl. Gin 
• 3 cl. Strawberry liqueur 
• 2 cl. Lemon juice
• 10 cl. Soda water
• 1 bit Powdered sugar
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Place the gin, strawberry liqueur, lemon juice and half a bar spoon of icing sugar together with a few ice cubes in the shaker. Shake vigorously and pour the mix through the strainer into a highball glass with ice cubes. Top up with cold soda water to taste. Serve with a straw.
