What do you need for a Fraise fizz?

• 6 cl.Gin
• 3 cl.Strawberry liqueur
• 2 cl.Lemon juice
• 10 cl.Soda water
• 1 bitPowdered sugar
• 1 pairIce Cubes

How do I create a Fraise fizz cocktail?

1. Place the gin, strawberry liqueur, lemon juice and half a bar spoon of icing sugar together with a few ice cubes in the shaker.
2. Shake vigorously and pour the mix through the strainer into a highball glass with ice cubes.
3. Top up with cold soda water to taste.
4. Serve with a straw.
