What do you need for a Flying?
- 2 cl. Gin
- 1 cl. Curacao triple sec
- 1 cl. Lemon juice
- 8 cl. Sect
- 1 pair Ice Cubes
How do I create a Flying cocktail?
Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the sekt.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a champagne glass.
Complete the cocktail, to taste, with ice-cold sparkling wine.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
