How do I create a Chatham cocktail cocktail?

1. Have a pre-chilled cocktail glass ready.
2. Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
3. Add the remaining ingredients (use half a bar spoon of icing sugar).
4. Then shake the mix vigorously.
