Cocktail Recept: Chatham cocktail

A Chatham cocktail cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 6 cl. Gin 
• 2 cl. Ginger ale
• 1 cl. Lemon juice
• 1 bit Powdered sugar
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Have a pre-chilled cocktail glass ready.
Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients (use half a bar spoon of icing sugar).
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a pre-chilled cocktail glass.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
