What do you need for a Caribbean Sunset?
- 30 ml. Gin
- 30 ml. Blue Curacao
- 30 ml. Creme de Bananas
- 30 ml. Lemon juice
- 30 ml. Whipped cream
- 1 dash Grenadine
- 2 Ice Cubes
How do I create a Caribbean Sunset cocktail?
Pour the Gin, the Blue Curacao, the Creme de Bananas, the whipped cream and the lemon juice into a shaker. Add a few ice cubes and then shake! Pour the contents of the shaker through a strainer into a large cocktail glass and add a dash of grenadine until you have a beautiful sunset... Garnish with a cocktail cherry on two skewers.
