- 2 cl. Creme de Bananas
- 4 cl. Banana juice
- 1 cl. Sugar syrup
- 11 cl. Champagne
- 1 pair Ice Cubes

A Caribbean cocktail contains the following ingredients:
Mix all ingredients except the champagne thoroughly in a shaker. Pour the mix through the strainer into a cocktail glass filled with ice cubes and top up with champagne.
