Cocktail Recept: Applejack sour

A Applejack sour cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 4 cl. Calvados 
• 1 cl. Lemon juice
• 1 cl. Sugar syrup
• 4 cl. Soda water

Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the soda water.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a highball or beaker filled with some ice cubes.
Top up the cocktail with soda water to taste.
Stir everything well.
Present the cocktail with a straw.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
