Aperol Spritz is a nice, fresh aperitivo and very easy to make. It was first made during the Austrian occupation of northeastern Italy.
Place a few ice cubes in a large wine glass (or Aperol glass), add 40% Prosecco, 30% Aperol and 1 dash of sparkling water.
Finish with a slice of orange.
