How do I create a Angostura fizz cocktail?

1. Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, except the soda water.
3. Then shake the mix vigorously until the egg whites become frothy.
4. Pour the mixture through a strainer into a large tumbler glass or a highball glass.
5. Top up the cocktail with ice-cold soda water, to taste.
6. Serve the cocktail immediately.
