Sherry

Sugar syrup
8 cl.
Soda water
1 bit
Crushed ice
Preparation:
Fill a tumbler 1/3 full with crushed ice. Pour the sherry and sugar syrup over this and stir well. Top up with ice-cold soda water to taste. Serve with a straw.
