What is Curacao Syrup?

Monin Blue Curacao is a clear, blue syrup with the taste of ripe orange made from dried orange peels from, you guessed it, Curacao.

Le Sirop de Monin offers many possibilities and is a special flavoring in imaginative cocktails, with or without alcohol. It can also be used for making sauces, desserts, cakes and to flavor coffee and cream. The Curacao Syrup is very strongly concentrated, which gives it a rich taste. This Curacao syrup tastes like Blue Curacao but is alcohol-free.

How much alcohol is in Curacao Syrup?

Curacao Syrup does not contain alcohol and, unlike Blue Curacao, is alcohol-free.
