Cocktail Recept: Sandy Collins

A Sandy Collins cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 4 cl. Whisky 
• 3 cl. Lemon juice
• 2 cl. Sugar syrup
• 8 cl. Soda water
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Place some ice cubes in a highball glass or a large tumbler.
Add the remaining ingredients, except hot soda water.
Then stir the mix briefly.
Top up the cocktail with soda water to taste.
Then stir again.
Present the cocktail with a straw.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
