How do I create a Pomme rouge cocktail?

1. Immediately stir the whisky, grenadine syrup and a few ice cubes thoroughly in a tumbler glass.
2. Supplement the mix with the cider, to taste.
3. Stir the mix again before serving.
4. Present the cocktail with a straw.
