What do you need for a Pierre Collins?

A Pierre Collins cocktail contains the following ingredients:

4 cl. Cognac
3 cl. Lemon juice
2 cl. Sugar syrup
8 cl. Soda water
1 pair Ice Cubes

How do I create a Pierre Collins cocktail?

Place some ice cubes in a highball glass or a large tumbler.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Top up the cocktail with some more soda water, to taste.
Stir everything well.
