What do you need for a Paddy cocktail?

A Paddy cocktail cocktail contains the following ingredients:

3 cl. Whisky
3 cl. Vermouth
1 dash Angostura
1 pair Ice Cubes

How do I create a Paddy cocktail cocktail?

Place some ice cubes in a mixing bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Stir these ingredients together well.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a pre-chilled cocktail glass.
