- 9 cl. Tomato juice
- 3 cl. Mussel juice
- 1 cl. Lime juice
- 1 bit Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pair Ice Cubes

A High tide cocktail contains the following ingredients:
Add all the juices and a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce to the shaker together with some ice cubes. Shake vigorously, pour the mix through the strainer into a pre-chilled cocktail glass and serve immediately.
