Smoothie Recept: Espresso smoothie

A Espresso smoothie cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 2 soup spoon Instant coffee
• 5 coffee spoon Sugar
• 10 Ice Cubes
• 250 ml. Water

Put everything in a food processor and mix until the ice cubes have disappeared. (This is when your stand mixer makes less noise...still let the espresso smoothie blend for another 30 seconds): The intention is for your espresso smoothie to be very smooth or too soft.
Serve in a glass with 1 or 2 straws, depending on how thick the espresso smoothie is.
