Cocktail Recept: Cognac flip

What do you need for a Cognac flip?

A Cognac flip cocktail contains the following ingredients:

6 cl. Cognac
1 bit Egg yolk
5 gram Sugar
1 pair Ice Cubes

How do I create a Cognac flip cocktail?

Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a cocktail glass.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
