Cocktail Recept: Caipipasion

A Caipipasion cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 1 bit Cachaca 
• 1 Orange
• 1 bit Passion fruit juice

The Caipipasion is a variant of the Caiparinha. Cut the orange into pieces, mash, then fill the shaker with crushed ice and add passion fruit syrup. Fill everything with Cachaca 51 or Rum, everything in a shaker and shake vigorously. The Caipipasion is softer than the zen variety Caiparinha and is chosen by people who
find lime too sour.
