Beer Terrain

At one time the northeast U.S. exported grain and hops, the two most important crops that go into beer. Today most of it comes from afar. But rapidly catching on among brewers and farmers is a movement to rediscover New England grown beer. What they've found so far, thanks to a little malthouse that makes it possible, is a unique, complex and incredibly delicious range of flavors from the native terrain.
