Cocktail recept : Rude cosmopolitan

50 ml. Tequila
12,5 ml. Triple Sec
50 ml. Cranberry juice
1 piece Melon
1 piece Orange peel

Preparation:

Have a pre-chilled martini glass ready.
Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into the glass.
Squeeze a strip of orange peel over a flame above the glass (hold the peel down).
Serve the cocktail immediately.
