Cocktail recept : Orange Splash

6 cl. Orange juice
2 cl. Pineapple juice
2 cl. Lemon juice
4 cl. Ginger ale
1 dash Water

Preparation:

Place all juices in the shaker with 4 ice cubes. Close the shaker and shake everything for about 15 seconds.
Pour the contents of the shaker through the bar strainer into the highball glass on 3 ice cubes. Top up with ginger ale and mineral water.
If you want to decorate this cocktail beautifully, you should try this.
Peel 1 lemon slice halfway with a vegetable peeler, so that the peel remains attached. Cut the slice and place it on the rim of the glass.
