Smoothie recept : Coffee banana smoothie


Preparation:

If you only have fresh bananas on hand, cut them into pieces and freeze them before making the coffee. Otherwise, use already frozen banana pieces
Brew a cup of fresh coffee and place it in the freezer for half an hour to cool.
Put the coffee, banana, yogurt, 1 tablespoon of sugar or honey and cinnamon powder in the blender or mixer or smoothie machine. Add milk until you reach 500ml.
Mix everything into a smoothie.
Taste, add more sugar if necessary and blend the smoothie again.
Serve with extra fresh banana slices and mint leaves, if desired.
