Cocktail recept : Boston flip

3 cl. Orange juice
1 cl. Raspberry juice
1 cl. Creme de Menthe
1 cl. Lemon juice
1 bit Egg yolk
1 pair Ice Cube
1 pinch Nutmeg

Preparation:

Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the nutmeg and soda water.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a tumbler glass.
Top up the cocktail with soda water to taste.
Stir carefully.
Present the cocktail with a pinch of nutmeg.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
