10 cl. Apple juice
1 cl. Lemon juice
1 cl. Sugar syrup
10 cl. Soda water
1 pair Ice Cube

Preparation:

Carefully stir the apple juice, lemon juice and sugar syrup together with a few ice cubes directly in a highball glass. Then top it up with ice-cold soda water to taste. Then serve it immediately with a straw.
